To be eligible to participate in the bidding stage, participants must first submit an offer during the offer stage. Submitting an offer is a prerequisite to the bidding stage. Once an offer has been placed, the participant qualifies to advance to the bidding stage once it starts where the process continues through a structured, transparent and efficient mechanism.

A 20,000 EGP refundable deposit will serve as a formal verification of intent, ensuring that all submissions are made in seriousness, prioritized, and treated with the gravity that they deserve.
Direct Submission & Transparency
Once your deposit is verified, your offer is transmitted directly to the seller for review and will be issued a code. You will be able to see your offer registration code on the last step once your offer is placed.
